The 60-seated Japanese restaurant will be showcasing one of the most iconic collection of Mr. Jean Francois Debongine – Flowers.

Debongnie used to be a photographer, specializing in black and white photography. After having a life-changing trip to Vietnam in 1990, he became a self-taught artist and decided to pursue drawings as his career.
Mr. Jean Francois explore flowers in various forms of representation. He will not make any sketches before preparing a new art piece, so the whole drawing process is very free and spontaneous. He uses flowers as his main drawing topic is because he finds flower is a very fascinating item to express his creativity. The medium for all the paintings will be a mix of acrylic and Chinese ink. Typically, his painting consists a background constructed seven to ten layers of acrylic paint in varying shades and will top up the flower heads and stems with Chinese ink.
Mr. Jean Francois works can be seen in some world known magazines such as Vogue Living, Elle Décor, and Wallpaper. His paintings are also exhibited in Brussels, Hong Kong and Singapore.
